Ingredients

  • 1 LB Ground Beef (or ground turkey for a healthier choice)
  • 1 EA Onion chopped
  • 1 EA Tomato diced
  • 1 CAN Kidney Beans
  • 2 TBSP Chili Powder
  • 1 TBSP Mustard

Instructions

  • Crumble the beef into a microwave-safe bowl, add the onion, and mix well.
  • Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
  • Stir in the tomatoes, chili powder, and mustard, and mix well.
  • Cover and microwave on high for 6-1/2 minutes.
  • Add the beans and mix well.
  • Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes longer.
  • That's it! Serve hot and enjoy.
