- 1 LB Ground Beef (or ground turkey for a healthier choice)
- 1 EA Onion chopped
- 1 EA Tomato diced
- 1 CAN Kidney Beans
- 2 TBSP Chili Powder
- 1 TBSP Mustard
Crumble the beef into a microwave-safe bowl, add the onion, and mix well.
Cover and microwave on high for 3 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
Stir in the tomatoes, chili powder, and mustard, and mix well.
Cover and microwave on high for 6-1/2 minutes.
Add the beans and mix well.
Cover and microwave on high for 2 minutes longer.
